   Our 2012 Course schedule for both Brisbane and Townsville is now available for download. We have in 2012 expanded our range of courses as well as the locations.  We now offer a full range of computer, microsoft office, career development , supervisor and sales courses in Townsville and Brisbane.  2012 is an exciting year for the One-on-One Team because for the first time we can provide our training in Queensland's two major cities.  We will also continue to offer the option to undertake the courses one-on-one or on-site at you facility.

 Upcoming Townsville First Aid, CPR and LVR Courses

 One-on-One Professional Business Training currently run First Aid, CPR Courses on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.  We run LVR Courses on Tuesdays.  Below is a list of our courses for the next 30 days.  When you click on one of the Book Now links you will be taken to the online booking system for that day.

To book into a course simply locate the day and location that is suitable and choose the Book Now button.  You will then be taken to our secure online booking system to secure you place.  We do ask for payment at the time of booking, as we only take a maximum ten to twelve people in the course.  Once you place is secure you cannot lose it.  We do regularly book out.

Regularly we receive questions about issues like why are you prices higher than others or how do we know your site is secure.  We have answered those questions at the bottom of the course schedule you see below. 

Which course is right for you:

    If you need to do a Senior first Aid Certificate or First Aid Workplace L2 course then select the course that says Applied First Aid.  (This course includes CPR)

.    If you need to refresh your CPR then choose the CPR Refresher course.

    If you need to do a First Aid Refresher then choose the course that say
 Applied First Aid

    If you are an electrician and you need switchboard rescue or LVR then choose the course that say LVR. (Please note if you need CPR and LVR you will have to book each course separately)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Question 1. Are your courses run by Qualified Instructors?

    YES, all of our instructors have the appropriate qualifications as adult instructors as well they have the First Aid training and experience to provide you with the appropriate training and tuition.

Question 2. Why are you prices higher than others?

   This is a question we regularly receive. There are people out there who do offer prices that are far cheaper than ours however we have found that there are many hidden costs that you may not be aware prior to you booking, such as additional costs for training materials and to have your Certificate sent to you, plus further costs for using your credit card.  All these charges add up.

   We have no hidden costs, what you pay on the booking system is all you will pay. 

   We also invest heavily in our trainers education. All trainers do additional first aid training every year and go to the major First Aid conferences around Australia to stay up to date with the latest techniques and this does cost a lot of money, on average it costs my company $3000 per trainer. We invest in our First Aid Trainers to ensure that you are as well trained as they are, so that if you are put into a situation where you have to provide first aid then you will know the latest techniques to save a life.

Question 3. Why do you run your courses as Instructor Led?

    We prefer to run instructor led courses over eLearning courses because it is easier to disseminate the latest first aid techniques. It also allows us to answer your questions personally on how to deal with a first aid situation.  This is very difficult within a eLearning environment.

Question 4. Has anyone failed and not achieved their first aid certificate?

   The simple answer to this question is No.  We have trained over 4,000 students over the last few years and we have never had anyone not achieve their certificate. Our job as educators is to help you achieve this competency and even if English is a second language or you have learning difficulties, we are committed to helping you achieve your first aid certificate. Even if it means putting in extra time with you.

Question 5. When do we get our Certificate?

   All certificates are issued on the day, excluding any extraordinary situations.

Question 6. Why do we have to pay to secure our place?

    We limit our courses to a maximum of 12 people. We know from experience that people who don't prepay and make the financial commitment to do the course won't turn up on the day.  We have made the commitment to run a course even if there is just 1 person in the course, so we need you to commit to actually doing the course.

Question 7. I don't want to pay online, how can I book my place?

   We offer many ways to book into our courses. One is to use our online booking system and then use the pay offline function to pay directly into our bank account. Alternatively, you can call us on 1800 66 00 00 or you can our Aitkenvale office to make payment Monday to Friday via Credit card, EFTPOS, cash, money order or cheque.
