representatives, special interest groups, clients and employers to identify
any language, literacy and numeracy skill requirements.

The Training Manager will identify any Workplace and
Client skills and learning requirements to identify any specific language,
literacy and skill requirements

The Training Manager will ensure that all Assessment
Plans take into account any special Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skill
requirements. All special articulated Assessment Plans addressing one of
the three issues will be stored within the Learning and Assessment Strategy
Kits stored on the BizTraining.biz Repository.
