The team at the One-on-One Group recognise that there is nothing worse than to book into a course and to find out that it is cancelled due to a lack of numbers.

We take our reputation and customers seriously so that is why we offer our customers a Courses Never Cancelled Guarantee. 

If your course is cancelled after you have registered and paid for your course in full then we will refund your course fees in full and then you can do the course for FREE plus we will give you another Course of the same length absolutely FREE.

So let me put this plainly -

   If we cancel on you after you have paid in full, you get two courses|
   absolutely FREE!

This guarantee applies to all publicly scheduled courses.

*Our Courses Never Cancelled Guarantee applies from the 28 September 2008, and does not apply to courses that are not paid in full or are being paid on account.
